Why we won't ship your product on same day that you made a purchase? Because I don't have any physical storage and therefore any ready-made print products. So you get fresh brand-new apparel, and we are worry-free of storage and stocking the items.
All print products - like t-shirts, pin buttons, towels etc. - are created after you have made a purchase. It takes usually 2-5 days to create a product with custom print.

RETURN POLICY
1. Can I return my order for free?
We would love to offer you that possibility, unfortunately we are not able to do that, due the fact we don't have any storage place.
Be sure to check out our size chart before purchasing, so you get the right size on the first time.
2. What if my product was damaged, what now?
If your product was damaged, just send a photo verification of the damaged goods to info@boompositive.com, and we'll gladly send a replacement for FREE.
3. How much time I have make claim that my product was damaged?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
