When I get my t-shirt, apparel, coffee mug etc.?

Usually in 5 to 20 days after you have made a pruchase - depending about the product and country you are ordering from.

ALWAYS FREE and instant delivery.

How I can download eBook or printable digital file?

1. After you have made a purchase, you are automatically redirected to thank you/order confrimation page. There you'll find a "download" button, just click it to download your file.

2. After the purchase, you'll also get an order confirmation e-mail where you can find link to your order.

3. Login into your account, see your past orders and open the order which contains a digital file.

Can I return my order?

1. Can I return and change the apparel to other?


We would love to offer you possibility to return, but our products are create on demand and shipped straight from the factories. Therefore we aren't able accept returns, because we don't have any physical storage space.

Before ordering a t-shirt or any other apparel, be sure to check our size guide so you get a right size.

It's also a good idea to review your purchase - check if you selected correct color & size - before hitting the pay button.

2. My apparel was damaged can I return it?


Send a photo verification of the damaged goods to info@boompositive.com, and we'll gladly send a replacement for FREE to you.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

3. Can I get a refund from the digital product I bought?


We don't make any refunds for digital products, because the nature of the digital files.

All digital files - such as ebooks - are clearly marked with digital badge and are in their own categories, so there should not be any confusion between physical and digital products.


What payment methods are available for me?

Shopify Payments (Stripe):

With Stripe you can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.


If you have a Paypal account, you can make purchases by only using your e-mail address.


Do I need to open an account in order to shop?

No, you can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart.

When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out.

Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Apple Pay

Stripe: Stripe handles transactions made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Paypal: With Paypal account you can make purchases by only using your e-mail address.

Can I cancel my order?


With physical items, you can cancel your order, if you do it in 2 days after you have placed an order.

It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received.

However, note that orders will only be shipped after when your credit card payment has been approved and delivery address is verified.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available.

There could be an instance where the item is out of stock.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Write and apply the discount code in the check out page (same page where you fill your own shipping details).


Product quality

1. How good is the t-shirt quality?

Printed t-shirts are Bella3001 or Gildan64000 bestseller tees with over 4,5 star rating.

Instead of cheap price, we believe in excellent quality!

Good to know: T-shirts with many color choices are Bella3001 and tees with under 5 colors are Gildan64000.

2. How good is the printable files quality?

All Boom Positive digital printables are made for high-quality printing (300 dpi).
