Shipping | Cost, Time, Delivery and Returns



1. How much is the shipping cost?

For your and our convenience we ship worldwide for FREE. 

This means that no matter where you live, we ship our product(s) to you without a cost. Always.


2. When you get your delivery/products (physical)?

  • EUROPE: The average delivery time is 5-10 business days after fulfillment to a European location
  • NORTH-AMERICA: The average delivery time to US is¬†4-9 business days after fulfillment
  • OTHER COUNTRIES: The average delivery time for orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions is 10-20 business days

3. Why we won't ship your product on same day that you made a purchase?

Because we don't have physical storage and therefore any ready-made print products.

What this means is that...

Print products are created after you have made a purchase and it takes usually 2-5 days to create an apparel with print.

You get fresh and brand-new apparel, and we are worry-free of storage and stocking the items.

4. Do you deliver product to my country?

Here is the list of countries where we currently can ship products.

In North America we ship to:

  • All countries¬†(except Cuba)

In South America we ship to:

  • All countries

In Europe we ship to:

  • All countries (except Crimea)

In Australia we ship to:

  • All countries

In Asia we ship to:

  • All countries except (North Korea, Iran and Syria)

In Africa we ship to:

  • All countries


1. Can I return my order for free?

We would love to offer you that possibility, unfortunately we are not able to do that.

Be sure to check out our size chart before purchasing, so you get the right size on the first time.


2. What if my product was damaged, what now?

If your product was damaged, then send a photo verification of the damaged goods to, and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.


3. How much time I have make claim that my product was damaged?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.


4. I want to return my order anyways

If you want to return products without defects or because it was wrong size, it will cost $5 (t-shirts), $8 (hoodie or sweatshirt) and $7 (mugs).

Where I should return my products in US?

Packages sent out from our US fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address is 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273.

Where I should return my products in EU?

Packages sent out from Europe are automatically returned to Europe fulfillment center. Its address is Starta 1, 2nd bldg., 3rd fl., Riga, Latvia LV-1026.
