2. When you get your delivery/products (physical)?

  • UNITED STATES (standard): The average delivery time to US is 5-11 business days.
  • UNITED STATES (express): The average delivery time to US is 3-10 business days.
  • CANADA (standard): The average delivery time to Canada is 8-17 business days.
  • CANADA (express): The average delivery time to Canada is 3-10 business days.
  • EUROPE (standard): The average delivery time to EU is 3-17 business days.
  • REST OF THE WORLD (standard): The average delivery time to other countries is 7-27 business days.
  • REST OF THE WORLD (express): The average delivery time to other countries is 3-10 business days.



3. Why we won't ship your product on same day that you made a purchase?


Because we don't have physical storage and therefore any ready-made print products.

What this means is that...

Print products are created after you have made a purchase and it takes usually 2-5 days to create an apparel with print.

You get fresh and brand-new apparel, and we are worry-free of storage and stocking the items.




4. Do you deliver product to my country?

At the moment we ship to ALL COUNTRIES worldwide except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.




    RETURN POLICY


    1. Can I return my order for free?

    We would love to offer you that possibility, unfortunately we are not able to do that.

    Be sure to check out our size chart before purchasing, so you get the right size on the first time.

     


    2. What if my product was damaged, what now?

    If your product was damaged, then send a photo verification of the damaged goods to info@boompositive.com, and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

     


    3. How much time I have make claim that my product was damaged?

    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
