Return and Refund Policy for Print on Demand Products
1. Return Eligibility:
Our products are made to order, uniquely for you, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, except in case of damaged or defective item.
We do not have physical storage to handle returns.
Because of this custom manufacturing process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," wrong size selection, or personal preference. Please review the size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
2. Cancellations Because our system is automated to ensure fast shipping, orders are sent to production very quickly.

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.

After this window, the production process has likely started, and we can no longer cancel the order.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos as proof. We will evaluate the claim and offer a replacement or full refund, including any original shipping costs.
4. Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit and the tracking status does not show "Delivered," we will send a replacement free of charge.

Note: If the tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. We are not responsible for theft of delivered packages.
Return Process of Damaged or Defective Item:
To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@boompositive.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product defect.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For returns not due to our error, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your claim and verify the issue. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the sender due to an address error, a reshipping fee may apply.
6. Digital Products Due to the nature of digital goods (eBooks, digital art, etc.), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent.
After Sale Service & Refund
Your package got lost? In most cases, we will help you track the package at first. If it is determined that the package has been lost, we will refund the full amount for you.
Some products you purchased have quality problems or are broken within shipping? We will refund you the products in full. If your product was damaged, then send a photo verification of the damaged goods to info@boompositive.com, and we'll gladly send a replacement for FREE.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
